When should I expect to receive my package? 

A: Custom Orders will be ready in about 5-10 business days. All other orders will need 3 business days processing time. Pick up orders MUST be picked up in 1-7 business days unless other options have been discussed. Everything is shipped through USPS . The shipping time frame depends on your shipping location. All tracking information will be sent out by email as soon as your order has left our shipping facility. 

How much is shipping? 

A: Depending On how heavy your package is, the price may vary. Shipping is based on the current shipping cost with USPS for shipping in the US. International $20+

My skin is breaking out from using a product, what should i do? 

A: Immediately discontinue use of product! Don’t forget, just because something is organic does not mean you are exempt from being allergic.

How do I place a custom order? 

A: Text (954) 361-1608 for my help with getting your custom order put together.

What essential oils do you use?

A: Each soap I offer will have a list next to the picture of all ingredients. If you have an oil mix in mind that you will like to customize please text me and we will bring your vision to life.

What kind of glitters do you use and is the glitter and color on products skin safe?

A: Yes! Everything is skin tested and safe. If you are concerned, request NO glitter or color.

What is the in store pick up policy?

A. Any order placed under in store pick up must be picked up at the current store location within SEVEN days. If your order is not picked up within 7 days your order will be placed back in the inventory and resold without warning. If you have placed an order with store pick up by mistake please go back on the website and select extra shipping and pay the shipping cost. Once the shipping fee has been covered your order will be shipped out ASAP.  Any questions please feel free to contact me. There will be NO REFUND given when order has been added back into inventory due to failure to pick up.

 

ANY DISPUTES MADE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PURCHASE AGAIN AND FUNDS PLUS FEE WILL BE RECHARGED.
